Today was the start of a new job. I work at American Fire Protection in Nampa, Idaho, doing the bookkeeping and payroll as well as other office tasks. Originally, I went in for the interview yesterday and was offered the job right away, without really an official interview. I was going to turn it down, because there are no benefits and the pay was not really the greatest. Well, here I am. The job should be fun. I have spent some time already learning how to prepare invoices to be sent out to customers. This is one thing that I have not done much of in QuickBooks just yet. I also learned how to input the weekly timesheets and to then assign the hours with the associated job.
